One wedding, two venues: Amara and Nammos, Limassol

A ceremony by the sea at Amara, then dinner and dancing at Nammos as the light goes.

Filmed at Amara and Nammos

The day

This was a destination wedding on the Limassol seafront, with the day split between two venues. The ceremony was held by the sea at Amara. From there the wedding moved along the coast to Nammos at Parklane, for dinner and dancing as the light went.

The venues

Amara is a five-star hotel on the Limassol seafront, opened in 2019. Its name comes from the Greek word amarantos, meaning everlasting. Outdoor ceremonies are held on its Events Lawn, a few steps from the water, with room for up to 200 guests.

Nammos Limassol is the beach restaurant and bar in the grounds of Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, a little further along the same coast. It sits on a 300-metre beach between the city and the ancient site of Amathus.

Filming across two venues

A day in two places needs planning. We agree the coverage hours with the couple in advance, so each part of the day is filmed without rushing and the move between venues becomes part of the story.

Vows and speeches are recorded with dedicated microphones. Drone footage shows what cannot be seen from the ground: the stretch of coast the day travelled along.
