This site is run by George Avgousti in Paphos, Cyprus, who is responsible for the details you share here.
When you send an enquiry
We keep what you write in the form (names, email, date, venue, your message) to reply with your quotation and, if you book, to plan and deliver your day. Emails are sent through our email provider (Resend) and the site runs on Vercel. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
When you visit
- We count visits by country and nearest city, never by name. If you press Accept, a small note on your device also lets us count a return visit.
- Dates checked in our calendar are counted with the country they came from, never linked to you.
- Vercel Analytics measures visits without cookies.
- Google Analytics and the Google Ads tag use cookies to measure visits and which adverts lead to enquiries. They set cookies only if you press Accept in the cookie banner; you can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, or delete these from your browser settings.
AI assistants
When an assistant such as ChatGPT checks a date for you, we receive only the date. An enquiry is sent only when you ask the assistant to send it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time: reply to any email from us, or write to us through the enquiry form. You can also complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
