Choose your collection above, then pick your date to see if it is available. Every field is needed.

We plan the day together with your photographer, so you get beautiful photographs and a beautiful film without anyone standing in the other’s way. Not every photographer is used to sharing the day with a film team, so it helps to know who yours is early.

Planning your getting ready

We recommend at least 1½ hours with the bride before you leave for the ceremony and, if the groom is getting ready separately, 45 minutes with him. Please plan for hair and makeup to be finished about 45 minutes before the bride puts on her dress, so there is time for the details, the dress and a few calm portraits. Have your details ready for us when we arrive: rings, invitations, shoes, perfume and jewellery.

We arrive at the ceremony venue 30 minutes before it starts, to document the setting and your guests arriving. For civil ceremonies at the municipality, the time slot is fixed, so please allow extra time for travel.

After the ceremony, please plan 30–45 minutes for your couple session, ideally close to sunset or just before dinner and speeches.

How we begin.

    Choose your collection, then tell us your date, venue and plans through the form. Nothing else is needed.

    Your quotation

    A tailored quotation by email, with one clear price and 19% VAT included.

  3. three

    Secure the date

    Sign the agreement online and pay a 30% booking fee. The balance is due no later than 8 weeks before the wedding date.

    Preparation

    We plan the day with you, and your planner if you have one, so on the day you only have to be present.

Planning from the UK

Many of our couples plan their Cyprus wedding from the UK, and everything is arranged from home. All prices are in euros with 19% VAT included, so the figure in your quotation is the figure you pay.

You choose your film and check your date online, receive a written quotation, and sign your agreement online. Your date is then held with a 30% booking fee, paid by bank transfer, and the balance is due no later than 8 weeks before the wedding.

We film across Paphos, Limassol, Larnaca, Ayia Napa and Protaras throughout the season, so you can plan with confidence long before you arrive.
